1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to more countries soon!


2. How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package ships!


3. How much is shipping?

  • FREE shipping on orders over $50

  • A flat fee of $4.99 for orders under $50


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number to your email. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.


5. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it may already be processing or shipped.


6. What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items. Items must be unused and in original condition.

7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Oh no! If anything’s wrong with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo and your order number to support@momelybaby.com and we’ll make it right.


8. Are your products safe for babies?

Absolutely! We carefully select products from trusted suppliers who prioritize safety, comfort, and quality. Your baby’s well-being is always our top priority.


9. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?

Not yet — but we’re working on it! Stay tuned for special gift packaging options in the future.
